Achilles TendonitisRoy runs 2-4 times per week. He came to see us at Sports Feet, complaining of pain in his Achilles tendon region. On examination, by the Physiotherapist, Roy was diagnosed with Achilles Tendonitis. 
Roy then under went gait analysis which identified the following issues:
  •  Excessive foot pronation (rolling in)
  •  Tight calves
  •  Reduced calf strength
  •  Incorrect foot ware
  •  Poor hip stability
