Common injuries
The orthotics used at Sports Feet, are semi-rigid, which means they that are not hard and uncomfortable. They’re supportive enough to alter lower limb biomechanical dysfunction, in order to stabilize and realign the feet into there optimal position.
Pronation of the foot
is the rolling in or rotation of the foot. Excessive pronation combined with poor posture of the foot and leg can cause related foot, knee and back problems. These related injuries, can be treated effectively with semi-rigid orthotics, Physiotherapy treatment, and exercise.
